Project Discription

IMG was awarded to project manage the modernization of 3 passenger lifts catering the 11-story building. 131 York Street, building is base for various tenets from retail front to cutting edge technology and market research firms. We worked closely with the property management team in finalising the lifts to be functional to all tenants and to be sustainable over the years.

We successfully conducted the tendering, proposed contract based on AS 4000, dynamic risk analysis, payment reviewing and scheduling, reviewed health and safety procedures, established communication lines between consultant, contractor and building owners, monitoring progress, and vetting all operations for a smoother transition to the bulling tenants. We are currently on route for completion and handover on time in April 2020.
