Facilities Management
IMG could provide Relief Facilities Managers (RFMs) who are well trained and supported by our experienced staff. Our FMs are graduate Mechanical and Electrical engineers trained in FM services including general use of Building management systems (BMS), CCTV, security monitoring and access control systems, Fire and lift services etc.
We strive to ensure that respective service providers meet licence and regulation requirements of each industry and how to verify a contractor’s qualifications.
Compliance Management
IMG Engineers are experienced in the process of AFSS certification, in line with the current requirements of Environment Planning and Assessment Amendment Regulation 2017. We have a rigid and comprehensive procedure in certifying AFSS. Following our procedure, we have achieved significant cost benefits to owners by way of effectively managing rectification work.

Dhammika Gunaratne is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate management, engineering, and technical project management. He specializes in telecommunication network planning, design, and implementation, as well as large-scale project management. Holding a BSc Engineering Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from University of Peradeniya (Sri Lanka), he is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management. Dhammika is a certified NABERS assessor and advocates for clients in Sydney to transition towards net-zero carbon buildings. As a passionate researcher and inventor, Dhammika has made remarkable strides in sustainable technologies. He has patented one of the world’s most eco-friendly electric motor and control systems, achieving unparalleled efficiency and drastically reducing material consumption, which lessens the environmental impact of mining and manufacturing. His current innovations also focus on sustainable and environmentally friendly building solutions.

His current research focuses on developing people-centered competency models and advancing green building solutions to achieve net-zero carbon goals. Kiththi is a chartered engineer of Engineering Council (UK) and holds MEng in electronic and telecommunication engineering from the University of Moratuwa (Sri Lanka) and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Technology (Bangkok).
