Mahi Ratnapala is a highly experienced property expert with over 25 years of expertise in engineering and facilities management. Specializing in efficiency and productivity improvements through training, motivation, and process development, he has managed diverse portfolios across commercial, industrial, and retail properties, including large government, institutional, and corporate assets in Australia.
