Her leadership ensures that teams remain aligned with client expectations while maintaining high standards of innovation and performance. Chathurika holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colombo and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.

With deep expertise in platform modernization, performance engineering, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, Fahim has consistently driven transformative outcomes across industries. An alumnus of Curtin University, Australia, Fahim has spearheaded complex technology transformations at globally renowned organizations including British Telecom (UK), Singtel (Singapore), and Veracode (USA). His work spans telecommunications, cybersecurity, and digital platforms, reflecting his versatility and ability to navigate diverse enterprise environments. Fahim’s thought leadership is reinforced by his active engagement with TM Forum and other global industry bodies, giving him a strategic advantage in aligning technology with domain-focused innovation. At Arimac, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s product and platform strategy, driving innovation that is both technically sound and commercially impactful. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and is a certified IBM Rational Application Developer.

Ishan is a seasoned technology leader, consultant, and IoT innovator, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at OneSmartBee (Private) Limited. With a strong foundation in embedded systems, automation, cloud computing, and R&D, he specializes in developing cutting-edge IoT solutions that drive connectivity and efficiency. Isuru Ponnamperuma is a seasoned technology professional and consultant with deep expertise in cloud business, enterprise solutions, and data center infrastructure. Currently serving as VP of Cloud Business at NCINGA (Sri Lanka), he has played a key role in strengthening cloud and datacenter capabilities to empower organizations. His previous roles include, country sales director at Hitachi Vantara, and other leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, TechAccess, and MillenniumIT. He holds BSc in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Moratuwa (Sri Lanka).

Aruna Malalasena is a proactive and results-driven business leader and consultant with 25 years of experience in driving organizational growth and profitability in competitive environments. Currently serving as a Director at NCINGA Group of Companies, Aruna leads the enterprise solutions business globally. Previously, Aruna spent 16 years at NCR Corporation, where he played a key role in advocating enterprises develop their business in Qatar and the EMEA region. Aruna holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Colombo (Sri Lanka) and has earned double CCIE certifications in Routing & Switching and Cyber Security, along with numerous other technology-focused qualifications.

Chathura Edirisooriya is a seasoned technology professional and consultant with over 19 years of experience in digital tech, telecom, and innovation management. With a strong focus on empowering technology entrepreneurship, he is dedicated to building digital platform ecosystems that encourage innovation. Currently serving as VP of Solutions Architecture at NCINGA (Sri Lanka), Chathura’s expertise spans emerging technologies such as 4IR, IoT, AI, ML, and Blockchain, mobile and fixed telecom networks and digital video broadcasting networks. He holds BSc (Hons) and MSc in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Moratuwa (Sri Lanka).

Chathura Peiris is a seasoned technology leader and consultant with over 18 years of experience in solutions architecture, networking, and unified communications. He currently leads as the Vice President of Solutions Architecture and Principal Architect at NCINGA (Sri Lanka), where he is responsible for designing and implementing innovative enterprise solutions. Before joining NCINGA, Chathura worked at CISCO for nearly a decade, serving as a Systems Engineer for the Sri Lankan Public Sector and the Maldives, delivering impactful networking solutions. He holds a BSc (Hons) Computing from University of Staffordshire (UK).

Mudith Madumaarachchi is an experienced business development leader and consultant specializing in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and cloud-based operational insights. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at NCINGA (Sri Lanka), he plays a key role in driving growth and innovation. Previously, Mudith was Director of Operations at Zilingo Factory, where he led the transformation of manufacturing processes through smart factory solutions, leveraging real-time analytics, IIoT, and cloud platforms. Mudith is a chartered marketer and holds MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK).

Chandana Basnayake is a certified enterprise architecture practitioner with extensive experience in telecommunication and IP networks. With several years at Telstra, Chandana has worked on key projects including Optical Transport Network (OTN), Packet Core/IP RAN, and Service Provider Networks. Currently, he collaborates with various operators, vendors, and service providers to implement innovative communication solutions. Chandana is a chartered engineer (UK and Australia) also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and leads complex IP network projects. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Chaminda Pathirana is an experienced cyber-security specialist with over 20 years of expertise in IP networking and cyber-security across both OT and IT environments. He specializes in designing, implementing, and managing robust cyber-security solutions, with a focus on securing complex network infrastructures and telecommunication systems. With a proven track record in assessing and mitigating risks, Chaminda ensures seamless integration of security measures across IT/OT systems. His expertise includes in-depth analysis, stakeholder consultation, and driving continuous improvement in security resilience to protect critical assets. He holds BSc (Hons) in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Moratuwa (Sri Lanka).
